This policy explains what CMOMates Marketing Consulting LLP (“CMOMates”, “we”) does with information collected through www.cmomates.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, the category you selected and the message you wrote. If you WhatsApp or email us, we hold that conversation. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
Like most websites we also collect basic anonymous usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device type — through Google Analytics, so we know which articles are worth writing more of.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to run the business conversation that follows. That is the whole list. We do not run a newsletter from this data, and we do not add you to a drip sequence because you downloaded something.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the service providers that make the site work: our form processor, our email provider and our web host. We do not sell, rent or trade your details. Ever.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the business relationship is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete your record and we will, promptly.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to sandeep@cmomates.com and we will action it.
